COLONY DOGS BREEDING & STATUS, September 23, 2011

This table outlines the various breedings and health status of the Wheatens and Wheagles who are the Colony Dogs at North Carolina State University School of Veterinary Medicine under the care of Dr. Shelly Vaden and Tonya Harris.

Your donations are critical to the ongoing work with the Colony Dogs. The cost per dog per year is $3,500 and there is only $9,058.55 left in the fund; so, these dogs who have given so much to the breed really need your financial support.

This is an appeal to those of you who are currently sponsoring a dog and to other local clubs and SCWT Association of Canada to make a donation to our dogs. They are dependent on us. Please remember that these Wheatens and Wheagles represent one of our Informative Families who are key to Dr. Meryl Littman’s research at Penn!
